There’s no smooth way to ask your brother to teach you how to smoke a joint without coughing so Sam doesn’t so much ask as he comes home late from school and puts the baggie on the table. When Dean comes in from the yard, sweaty and half covered in engine grease, he heads straight to the fridge for a beer and stops in his tracks.
